The 2026 ICTA Convention, begins with a reception Thursday evening (September 17) at the convention hotel (see hotel below) and continues with main sessions on Friday and Saturday (September 18 and 19) at the Wojcik Conference Center at Harper College, Palatine, IL.
Important:
- Convention Registration includes annual Membership.
- The early registration deadline is September 3, 2026. (Beginning 9/4/26, the registration fees increase by $25.)
There are two ways to register and pay:
- You can register online and pay online.
- You can register online and pay later by check or cash. When you do this, you will receive an invoice that you can attach to your payment or give to your school, if your school will pay for you.
Events at the Convention Hotel
The convention hotel is the Westin Chicago Northwest, located near Harper College at 400 Park Blvd., Itasca, IL.
We have gatherings in the hotel on Thursday and Friday nights and everyone is welcome to those events, even if you don't have a reservation at the hotel. (All day-time sessions are at the Wojcik Conference Center at Harper College.)
Our small block of sleeping rooms is no longer available and the hotel has informed us that the hotel is completely sold out for the nights of our convention.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone again.
